I do not understand why Nintendo is not releasing Switch bundles, like other console manufacturers are doing.
What is a bundle? This is when you get the console, and one or two games together, at a price slightly lower than if you had bought the games separately.
This wouldn't be a loss of money for Nintendo to include Breath of the Wild, or Mario Kart in bundle. Also, in bundles, manufacturers are not longer giving a "physical" copy of games, instead, they provide a code, to download the game (this can be criticized too). So they save the cost of the packaging, and cartridge/disk.
To me, it's a win-win. So why is Nintendo NOT doing this with its Switch?

If I'm not making a mistake, there is (will be) a bundle with Mario Odyssey (Switch + red joy-con + carrying case).
Now about the question of why Nintendo didn't release bundles: I guess (just a guess), that it was a matter of optimizing stocks and availability.
