My remark applies to all countries, this is why I said "we" without being more precise.
So, what I see is that, in all countries there is growing divide within the civil society. Recent elections in the USA, UK, France, Netherlands, etc… have shown it. This is causing tensions, fights, and more generally a very deleterious atmosphere.
This trend seems to spread very fast worldwide, and getting worse year after year.
So, I am wondering, would restoring a King be the solution to all this mess ?
A King is a figure who is above partisan quarrels. He also represents a stability and sustainability. I think this is what we need to sort and build a society appeased.

A King? What a surprising idea, considering that people got rid of them more or less violently in some countries. Do you mean a King with an executive power, or a King (Queen), like in the United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium, etc… who has mostly only a symbolic representation, without real power?
I am not fan of having a leader who is not chosen by the people. Even if people don't always make the "right" choice, it's still the will of the people who should mind.
